Pesto Focaccia Bread

Italian, Side Dish

Ingredients

4 Cups Flour

2 tsp salt

2 tsp active dry yeast

2 Cups of warm water

Olive Oil


Mix-ins (other things work too)

Green Olives

Kalamata Olives

Pesto

Kosher Salt

Directions

In a bowl, add Flour, salt, yeast. Whisk to combine
Add water and combine until sticky.

Coat with Olive Oil (1Tbsp or little more)
Cover, refrigerate for 12 hours

Prep 9x13 pan
Butter dish
2 tbsp olive oil in bottom
Add dough
Cover with towel, let rest for 3-4 hours

Pre heat oven to 425 Deg

Put 1 Tbsp olive oil on top of dough
Add Mix-ins
dollops of pesto
Olives
Sprinkle with kosher salt

Put olive oil on your fingers then dimple the mix ins into the dough.

Cook at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
